Yes — home visits are our standard way of working. We cover the whole of South Wales, from the Wye Valley to the Gower, at no extra charge. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
Is a professionally written will different from a DIY kit?
Yes — significantly. A professionally written will takes account of intestacy rules, inheritance tax, care-fee risk, young or vulnerable beneficiaries, and the proper appointment of executors and guardians. Many DIY wills are rejected at probate or contain errors that cost the estate far more than a professional will would have done.
Can I have my will in Welsh?
Absolutely. A will drafted in Welsh is just as valid as one in English in the courts of England and Wales. We can prepare it monolingually in Welsh or as a bilingual dual-column document, whichever you prefer.
How long does the whole process take?
